Making plans for summer performances and rehearsals? Speyer Hall, University Settlement in the Lower East Side provides both performance and rehearsal rentals. Speyer Hall is a 35 x 60 ft. fully-equipped theater with seating for up to 140 guests, with a fire code capacity of 175. Our affordable performance rentals include a highly trained technician to run lights, sound and projections. For rehearsals, high windows surrounding the room allow in sunlight for this airy, white-box. Our building is ADA accessible, with an elevator.
