REPERTORY FOR THE VALENTINA KOZLOVA INTERNATIONAL BALLET COMPETITION
June 6-10 at Symphony Space, NYC
Preparations continue for the 2017 Kozlova International Ballet Competition, to be held in June in NYC. Semi Finals have been held in Argentina, and are scheduled for March 2-4 at the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, Russia. The finals and Gala Performance will take place June 5-10 at Symphony Space, Broadway & 95th Street, NYC.
VKIBC has announced the repertory for 2017:
Auber Grand Pas Classique (Variations from pas de deux can also be danced as separate entries)
Coppelia - Wedding Pas de Deux and all variations
Don Quixote - Grand Pas de Deux, Kitri Variations (not for youth division), Cupid Variation, Variation of Mistress of the Driads

Fairy Doll - Variation
Giselle - Peasant Pas de Deux, Variation Act I, Myrtha Entrance and Variation
Harlequinade Pas de Deux
La Bayadere - Pas de Deux Act I, Pas de Deux Act II, Golden Idol Variation, Nikiya Variation (death scene) (not for student/youth division, Shades Variations (not for youth division)
La Fille Mal Gardee - Pas de Deux Act III
La Sylphide - Pas de Deux
La Vivandiere - male and female Variations
Laurencia - Variation
Le Corsaire - Pas d'Esclave, Odalisques Variations, Gulnare Variation, Medora Variation, Pas de Deux Act II
