Antonio Fini announces the 2022 Fini Dance Festival and Awards, which returns to the Ailey Citigroup Theater August 31 at 8 PM for a gala performance and awards ceremony, hosted by Milan's charming Tabata Caldironi. Companies from Italy and the U.S. will be featured, sharing a program in the spirit of exchange and collaboration. Performers include Ballet Belvedere from Calabria, the drag company Ballet Eloelle-Grandiva from NY; Dzul Dance, NY; Fini Dance from Calabria and NY; Turin Tap Dance from Turin, Italy; and more. Awards will be presented to Louise Cantrell, whose foundation awards scholarships to young dancers; dancers Lloyd Knight and Bianca Delli Priscoll, and makeup artist Angela Valentino.
