Concluding our Black History Month Trilogy (also known as African-American History Month) is a fun and funky mix of music and cinema. Soul Men is a chronological journey of the most iconic African American singers who helped to define the genre dubbed "Soul Music.” Starting from the classics to the big screen, vocalist Billy Cliff will lead the audience through the works of Isaac Hayes’s composition in Shaft, Curtis Mayfield’s soundtrack in SuperFly and Marvin Gaye’s film score in Trouble Man.
Billy Cliff has sung with artists Freddie Jackson, Angela Bofill. He has also been chosen as the lead vocalist for Kool & The Gang, the jazz Group Spyro Gyra, The Blues Brothers Band, Dianne Reeves and many more!
