Under the visionary leadership of MacArthur Genius Kyle Abraham, contemporary dance company A.I.M returns to The Purchase PAC with a captivating mixed rep program that highlights Abraham’s brilliance as an innovative Artistic Director who constantly pushes the boundaries of the industry.

His distinctive artistic voice shines through in dance deeply rooted in Black culture, weaving in a rich tapestry of Black and Queer narratives; the program includes newly commissioned works by Rena Butler and Princess Grace Award Winner Keerati Jinakunwhipat.

A.I.M by Kyle Abraham is widely recognized as one of the most consistently excellent troupes in the field today. The movement vernacular is a captivating fusion that seamlessly blends various genres, including modern, contemporary, ballet, and hip-hop. It’s an ever-evolving, mercurial amalgamation that captivates the senses. Theresa Ruth Howard of "Dance Magazine" describes it as a crazy, sexy, cool fusion, a visual feast, and a delicious "postmodern gumbo."
