TEN: A Decade of Ballaro Dance
Company:
Ballaro Dance
Ballaro Dance celebrates a decade of creativity, collaboration, and community with a festive performance event! The 75-minute concert program for this special 10-year anniversary includes the joyous ensemble work Spirito Riempito Vita, a new revision of Jazz For Six - a beloved work from the Ballaro Dance archives, Find Alternate Movement - a quirky dance/technology collaboration, Amid the Wild with cello performance by Thea Mesirow, dance film by Zoran Prodanovic, and new premieres by choreographer Marisa f. Ballaro.
Dance performance is by Ballaro Dance Company MOVERS: Hannah Dillenbeck, Tessa Fungo, Jen Silver, and Marina Vianello, and members of the greater MOVE Community.
Post-show, join us at a reception with culinary delights, raffles, libations, and live music by jazz guitarist Tony Boka. Ballaro Dance will celebrate two members of the greater community with an honorary SHARE Award at this special event.
Attire is festive and fabulous; prepare to SEE, MOVE, & SHARE with the Ballaro Dance community!
