Where creativity meets community, you get Dance Unplugged: an evening of student and professional performance, classroom demos, and conversations with the Founding Artistic Director of EMERGE125 and the National Dance Institute's Helen Stambler Neuberger Artist-in-Residence for 2023-2024, Tiffany Rea-Fisher.
Dance UnPlugged will include performances by members of EMERGE125 presenting repertory featured on the company's recent history-making month-long tour across Alaska; a performance of National Dance Institute's “Wisdom of the Forest”; featuring the Children of National Dance Institute choreographed by Rea-Fisher; and a rousing "Get Up and Move" interactive classroom demo led by Tiffany and the company.
