Class Description:
Stage World encounter with Therapy & Spirituality World - To know what you are feeling and to express it authentically through movement. In the workshop, through techniques of dance, theatre and expressive arts therapies - we will connect to our bodies, minds and spirits and we will give expression to ourselves entirely.
It can be useful if participants have their own ready solo that they want to deepen their expression in it and learn to perform it more authentically. However, it is not obligatory.
Our festival passes are offered on a donation-based sliding scale, no one will be turned away because of a lack of funds.
