Pilates for Dancers is a complete, progressive experience designed to refine every aspect of your technique.
Each workshop builds on the next, targeting the key elements of elite dance performance—from deep core activation and hip mobility to balance, foot articulation, and upper-body strength.
Sundays 2 - 3 pm, beginning April 27. Series ends June 1.
