Human Movement Project Presents Roots & Renewal: A Spring Equinox Sound Journey

Company:
Human Movement Project
Join somatic practitioner Jessica Morris for a restorative community sound bath at Human Movement Lab. Celebrating the Spring Equinox, this event will help you relax and find balance, strength & renewal through sound and stillness as we welcome the changing season.
As we enter the season of renewal, this sound bath experience will help you reconnect with your inner strength. Like the trees, we need deep roots to weather life’s storms and strong foundations to rise with purpose.
Through immersive sounds of handpan, gongs, and singing bowls, we’ll ground ourselves in resilience and stability and release what no longer serves us to make space for new growth. Together, we’ll honor the stillness and the momentum of this seasonal shift—finding balance, embracing transformation, and nurturing the roots that sustain us.
What to Bring: A blanket, pillow, eye mask, comfy clothes, or anything to keep you comfortable while lying on the floor during the experience. The Lab has yoga mats to borrow.
