Learn Horton technique, the technical foundation of choreography performed by the Alvin Ailey Dance Company, with former Company member Amos Machanic. The workshop will consist of studies to stretch and strengthen different areas of the body, including flat backs, primitive squats, lateral stretches, release swings, leg swings, deep lunges, and T positions. Open to students of all levels.
