This month only, Queens-based group The Physical Plant is offering a free series of Filipino Tinikling Folkdance & Rondalla Music for all! Learn the history, try out some steps, hear about the traditional Rondalla musical instruments, and enjoy sharing in this wonderful cultural tradition. Family-friendly.
This program is made possible by the City Artist Corps Grants program, presented by The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA), with support from the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) as well as Queens Theatre.
