Class Description:
The workshops explore ways earth, water, fire, and air manifest in the body using visualisation and movement. The aim is to create new and exciting connections between our understanding of the elements and the sensations that already exist within us.
Please bring:
A mat or carpet to be comfortable.
Our festival passes are offered on a donation-based sliding scale, no one will be turned away because of a lack of funds.
