Nationally known and critically acclaimed contemporary dance company GroundWorks DanceTheater seeks Company Artists for its 2024-2025 season. GroundWorks’ Company Artists are highly visible as the face and heart of the organization, serving as both dancers and teaching artists in communities throughout Northeast Ohio. Company Artists will participate in weekly community outreach and work with 2-3 Guest Artists, Resident Artist Antonio Brown, and Founding Artistic Director David Shimotakahara to create and perform 3-4 new works annually along with works from the company's repertory.
Position Status: Full Time, Salaried Position (25-30 hours per week)
Duration: July 2024 - June 2025, with the possibility of extension
