Alison Cook Beatty Dance is seeking professional dancers for permanent positions with the company.
The company rehearses Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings, with a season running from January to November each year. Selected candidates will be notified of upcoming performances and touring dates. Rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and performances are paid. When on tour, per diem, accommodation, and travel are covered additionally.
Strong modern and ballet techniques and partnering and improvisational skills are required. Dancers must demonstrate artistry and a desire to collaborate and experiment in the creative process of modern dance. Alison Cook Beatty Dance seeks dancers with positive attitudes and strong work ethics.
The audition will be held on May 25th, 2023, from 8 am - 2 pm at Gibney Dance, 890 Broadway, (5th Floor) 10003. Pre-registration is required by May 19th, 2023. A $25 audition deposit is required. Please Zelle acbdance@gmail.com. It will be refunded in cash upon your arrival at the audition. No-shows surrender their deposit.
